Meet the Team
Marcus and Starr - Sr. Pastors
Pastor Marcus is the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse and Pastors with his wife Starr. Marcus and Starr, are both passionate about seeing people live their “Real Lives”, the life God prepared for them. Marcus met Starr in Great Falls, MT, while serving in the United States Air Force, and now live in San Clemente with their two children Josh and Judaea.
Stephen and Brittany -
Tech / Logistics Director
Daniel - Executive Team
Daniel is passionate about Jesus, discipling, family, and coffee! Daniel serves on the Lighthouse Executive Team and is also the leader of the Experience Team, which consists of ushers, greeters, and hospitality.
Dominick - Creative Director
Stephen and Brittany Phalen live in San Clemente with their two children Paige and Micah. Besides enjoying frequent walks on the beach, they also enjoy taking their kids to disneyland. When not serving at the church, you can find Stephen working on house projects and Brittany catching some rays under the sun!
Shane and Megan - J12 Directors
Shane Parker serves as the J12 director for kids ages 5-12 years alongside his wife Megan Parker. They have been married for 6 years and enjoy movies, reading and travelling!
Greg Huegel
Greg serves as the worship leader for Lighthouse Church
Dominick serves as the Creative Director at Lighthouse. From decor, graphics, and photography, Dominick makes sure that each aspect is visually pleasing. When not attending college at Saddleback Dominick enjoys photography, eating, and spending time with family!
Reaching people where they are, teaching them who they are in Christ, and releasing them into their purpose.
